Men's Fitness is a ministry that began at Grace Church in 2011. Men of all ages and fitness levels meet twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays @5:30pm for a "crossfit-style" workout and a short time of fellowship and prayer at the end.  All men are welcome, and there is no charge. "Body Image God's Way"

Do you struggle to see your body in a positive light? What if loving your body had less to do with changing your body and more to do with seeing your current body as good? Transform your perspective by spending time in the word and with others as we discover how to love the body we are in through this 7-week study.  Join us Wednesdays evenings from 7:00-8:00pm  for a short video and discussion time. Starts June 7th.

Can't make it every Wednesday? No problem, just come when you can.  This study is FREE and for EVERY BODY.
