At Live Move Be, we not only want to support individuals in their journey to wellness in mind, body, and soul through our fitness classes and other community offerings, but we also want to support other like-minded organizations in their mission to help enrich the lives of others in ways that they are uniquely positioned and gifted to do. It is our desire to come alongside other local nonprofits and community groups to support them in the good work they are also doing by initiating and organizing various opportunities for giving within our own fitness community.

LMB GIVE: BLOOD DRIVE
We’re excited to be hosting a blood drive in honor of Cody Beck (son of Gina Beck) on Monday, November 17th from 1pm to 6pm! You’ll need to sign up through Red Cross to reserve your space; you can do so by clicking HERE! Just type in our zip code “24502” and scroll down to the date and click on “Live Move Be Center” to pick a time to donate!
We’re also in need of volunteers to help run the event. This will include check-in, sanitizing, and giving assistance at the snack counter.

*This is our first year that we are able to host the American Red Cross in our space. If you or someone you know wants to be apart of giving spread the word! If you attend any of the fitness classes, our evening classes will be canceled during this event.
