a "Mommy and Me"
4-WEEK EXERCISE CLASS
led by LMB instructor Allison Phillips and baby Bri
Saturdays, October 7th-28th, 8:15-9:00am
Being a mom takes a lot of strength physically, mentally, and spiritually--no one knows this better than new mom and LMB Instructor Allison Phillips. That's why she has designed this 4-week exercise class to teach you functional and effective movements that you can do WITH your baby. Each class will consist of a 30-minute workout, followed by a time for connection, a devotion, and prayer.
This workshop is designed for moms with babies ages 3-12 months who have been cleared by their physician for exercise.

The cost is $20 for the four sessions.

In this free workshop you will learn more about how physical therapy can help address areas of pain, lack of mobility, and other issues that can keep you from moving and functioning at your best. You will also learn about other techniques such as dry needling and electrical stimulation with can help with pain, recovery, joint stiffness and more. LMB "DATE NIGHT":
Shag Dance Lessons
Friday, November 10th, 6:30-8:30pm
Dance the night away as professional dance instructor and Colombian native Fernando Aristizabal teaches you the basic steps of Shag, a dance which originated in the late 1930's in the clubs of Myrtle Beach with roots in jitterbug and Lindy Hop Swing. This event is open to the public, and the cost is $15 per couple. Not a "couple" but still want to come learn? No problem . . . just bring a friend along to be your dance partner. Preregistration is not required; however, we'd love it if you'd RSVP here, so we know how many people to expect.
