Saturdays, October 7th-28th, 8:15-9:00am

Being a mom takes a lot of strength physically, mentally, and spiritually--no one knows this better than new mom and LMB Instructor Allison Phillips.  That's why she has designed this 4-week exercise class to teach you functional and effective movements that you can do WITH your baby. Each class will consist of a 30-minute workout, followed by a time for connection, a devotion, and prayer.

This workshop is designed for moms with babies ages 3-12 months who have been cleared by their physician for exercise.

The cost is $20 for the four sessions.

Pre-registration is required.
