Want to learn how to connect with God more deeply through prayer? These meetings begin with scripture and corporate prayer as we ask the Lord how to apply His word directly to our individual lives. There will then be opportunity to meet in a smaller group with a trained Pray Through It prayer leader to learn what God may be speaking to you personally or opportunity for space and solitude. Floral Design Workshop with "Flowers by Rylee"
Saturday, September 7th, 5:00pm
**REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED**

This bouquet arrangement and wrapping class will teach attendees the basics of flower arranging and give them the opportunity to create and take home a small bouquet. Each participant will be able to pick their own stems from the "Flowers by Rylee" floral cart. From there attendees will head to a crafting station where they will learn the names of each bloom and their function in the bouquet. In addition participants will learn how to prep and arrange the flowers creating a beautiful bouquet with wrap and finishing ribbon. The approximate duration of this workshop is 60 - 90 minutes. The cost of this workshop is $15 and includes all necessary materials. This is a great mother/daughter activity or GNO, so plan to bring a friend or family member along with you, and be sure to register HERE by the deadline of August 28th to claim your spot!

Physical Therapist Dr. Courtney Bumgartner is back to answer your questions about back and neck pain and demonstrate how traditional physical therapy techniques such as targeted strengthening and stretching exercises as well as cupping, dry needling, and more can help get you moving again pain-free and back to the activities you love. Learn how physical therapy can be used to prevent further injury and, in some cases, the need for surgery.
